Nick handled everything with honesty and integrity, gave us the hard truths and also commended us for the work we put in to make our home as desirable as possible. His approach to determining what price to list at was transparent and truthful and ended up being perfect, helping us get well over asking. He also was incredibly helpful with all the procedures and paperwork that go along with selling, taking all of the nerves and stress out of the process. Could not possibly recommend him more highly to sell, or help you buy, a home.
