I was requested by Farid to leave a review, and I believe in providing an honest and constructive assessment to assist both potential clients and the realtor himself. Here are my observations:

Positives:

1. Farid dedicated a substantial amount of time to viewing and showing properties, which was greatly appreciated.
2. He demonstrated a keen ability to identify key issues in homes, such as foundational problems, showcasing his attention to detail.
Areas for Improvement:

1. The most significant area for improvement is in the analysis of Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs). This is a crucial aspect, as it directly influences the decision-making process regarding the property's value. Unfortunately, in my case, this led to purchasing a property at a price that was later found to be overstated. A more accurate and detailed analysis in this area would have been beneficial and could have potentially led to a more favorable purchase decision.
2. The approach to client relationships tended to blur the lines between professionalism and personal friendship. This sometimes made me feel uncomfortably pressured in my decision-making. Phrases like 'You are so indecisive; you wont be a homeowner if you dont buy a house now' can be perceived as unprofessional and manipulative.
3. Keeping pace with the fast-moving real estate market was a challenge for Farid. He often needed to consult his manager for information, and there were instances of receiving incorrect answers to my inquiries.
4. Improvement in negotiating skills is needed. The ability to effectively negotiate terms and prices is crucial in real estate, and this is an area where Farid could benefit from further development.
In summary, while Farid shows dedication and an eye for detail, there is room for growth in market analysis, professional boundaries, negotiation skills, and market knowledge. This feedback is intended to be constructive and I hope it contributes to his professional development.
