Rick was an outstanding realtor. I told him what I wanted and he promised to work within those limits but also explained the area and the style of homes. When purchasing a new home you are trusting someone to guide you through one of the largest investments one will make. You want an expert in that market. I am also a real estate agent but licensed in NC. When it was time for us to move, we needed an expert in the Upstate NY market. Ricky was Phenomenal!! He guided us through the differences in what we needed in NY vs NC . For example, we were not familiar with the different types of heating systems, towns, villages, taxes etc. We needed someone to do more than show us a home. We needed his knowledge and expertise.
