We were from out of state so Charity showed us a number of homes each day based upon our requirements over a couple of different weekends. In between trips she had a site where we registered where she listed homes for our review before returning back to AR. Having worked with several realtors in the past, I was SUPER impressed with Charity. From the beginning she was looking at comps and spending countless hours making sure that we were about to price our house correctly with the area, what we needed, fees, negotiations,etc built in. She didn't stop there though. She held an open house for us every weekend and one Twilight Hour during the week. She was constantly checking in with people who had come to the open houses or had been shown the house to find out their likes and dislikes, making sure to convey that information to us as well. With all her leg work and late night hours, she was able to have our house sold within 3 weeks! We couldn't believe it had went that fast. Yes the market is good, but bigger homes are still taking longer to sell. We were so impressed and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about you and will go the extra mile to make it happen!
