Stephanie was great. I was looking for an investment property and a place for my Daughter and her family. Stephanie worked primarily with my Daughter to find a suitable property since I am out of state. We were able to get things done thanks to her being able to communicate effectively and timely. Working with Stephanie to buy a piece of land in Paradise was amazing. She knew a ton about the buying/selling process and was on top of all my questions and concerns. The cool thing is the fact that I taught her a few things, as well, after I would talk to different town departments and they would inform me of new/revised info. She was really open to learning and getting familiar with all the rules and regulations on building a new house on a burnt-out site.
