Im my home buying process I went through three different realtors at three different realties (this is because I am from Tennessee, and didnt think I wanted to move out of my home state). So, I was looking at houses and I found some that I liked so I sent Century 21 a message saying that I was interested in seeing some. The lady I was supposed to go with was out the day I was scheduled, so I was sent to Renee Parnell. Upon meeting her, I knew she was the right fit of a realtor for me. She was sweet, had knowledge of the area, and I just felt comfortable with her because even when we were looking inside houses she would observe each room to see what flaws it had, where I didnt even notice it! Months go by, due to other personal things that halted my house buying process, my boyfriend and me went to meet with Renee to look at some houses. Some were just plain awful, some were awkward, and then it went down to two houses. It took me a bit of deciding, but what came down to it was literally that one house was siding and had carpet, which I dont like. We put an offer in, Renee was knowledgeable about the process, and helped me a lot since Im a first time homebuyer. In 45 days, I had to do a ton of stuff, and Renee was on top of everything. When I had a question about the home inspection she gave me her opinion as to what I should do (which is what I went with since it was the right decision), she was on top of everything else that was required so it wasnt too much stress on me, or her too. The closing process she sat by me, and I felt comfortable and was ready for the entire process. It didnt take as long as I thought it would, but I was incredibly happy at the end of it. So, I will still honestly say that Renee Parnell is the best, honest, amazing, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and puts her clients first. I would recommend her completely to anyone whos looking for a realtor.
