Matt was great from our first meeting to the day we closed. We live 2 hours from where we were looking for land. Matt set up a bunch of properties to look at so we wouldn't need to make multiple trips. He spent the day with us hiking up and down hills and through the woods. We found the right property for us and he got the ball rolling submitting our offers. Once the seller excepted Matt continuously checked in with us to make sure all was going smooth. As we are not from the area he was able to recommend people to help us with closing and some other services, Should we ever require a realtor in his area again would would work with him again with question.
