For this I call her a magical realtor. This year I had to sell my parents home. Lynzi again went above and beyond. Her advice on how to handle the situation was spot on and an immense help. Her responsiveness to help in such a tough situation was truly a blessing. I did not live in Georgia when my parents home had to be sold. Lynzi helped with everything we could not do. This included an estate sale, donating what was left, shredding documents, had it cleaned and sold it quickly. Lynzi was fantastic first time ever that we had an offer on a property that came back 10k more than asking and only got better from there.
