I was new to TN, having only lived in TN for under a year so i wanted a realtor who knew the area and market well. From the initial communication to the post-purchase, Chad's communication was strong. His responsiveness was impressive and appreciated. I work long hours and it was difficult for me to sit down with a routine around looking at the homes Chad would send me to review. That said, i would send him emails at random times of the day and night and he was always quick to respond. He must have shown me near 20 homes, some close by and some not close at all but each time he was enthusiastic and friendly and always had a smile on his face. In addition to the before mentioned qualities/attributes, i appreciated the patience he took with me as i can be picky. Prior to the purchase of this house, i had built my two previous homes to my specs, so you can probably imagine i wasn't the easiest of buyers to find a home for. We needed a lot of help with this sale and didnt know where to start. This was a tough situation for our family and Chad was the Angel we needed.
