Contacted Jaden regarding a rental property that they have listed. I was pleasantly surprised to get a prompt response regarding the rental and we set up a date to meet and see the property. After that messages from Jaden were few and far between.
Being prompt myself to respond to all of their messages I was surprised and disappointed when they canceled our showing 20 minutes prior to meeting and viewing the property. I received a text to reschedule to a later date - which I responded to immediately. After I sent my reply message I was ghosted and still have not received a reply days later.
Highly unprofessional conduct and I do not recommend working with this realtor or company as they ghost their potential clients and renters.
