From my first meeting with Darrell, his substantial experience was obvious. He provided us an approach he uses successfully to obtain the highest sales offer for the current selling market. We followed his advice, and it worked. We sold our house for almost 3% higher than our list price.
We were selling a 47 year-old house that our family had owned since it was new. The inspection by the buyer turned up numerous items on the buyers list that had to be either corrected or certified in working order. One of the most valued areas of Darrell's knowledge was his help through this phase. Darrell provided contacts for the tradesmen (electrician, plumber, etc.), and coordinated the timing of their help from start to finish.
