As a first time home-buyer I wasnt sure what to expect. There were a couple things I knew for sure though, I didnt want to overpay and wanted a realtor who knew the Raleigh area extremely well. There was one name that I kept hearing from everyone Angela Drum Team Realtors, so I gave them a call. Angela Drum (the owner) has been in the Raleigh market on the purchase side and selling side of homes for close to 20 years now (sorry Angela, I just aged you). Angela and Chase Crain were the two realtors that I worked with. I was blown away by how easy these two made it for me. I got everything I wanted and then some with no effort at all on my end. They found my home in 2 days and had me moved into it within 3 weeks!! 3 weeks!!
These two are crazy effective and communicative in their approach. I was able to reach out at anytime and always got a response right away. I couldnt have had a better experience or outcome. Without a doubt I will be using these two for my next purchase, I dont think any other realtor can compete with them, I really dont.
