Jim and his team were great, but I must, I repeat, I must caution buyers about using an inspector thru this agency, I got screwed big time. The inspector referred by this agency was not good. he missed big ticket items and within 2 months of moving in, I need to replace AC and furnace. And this so called inspector NEVER made mention of issues. Leak from AC into furnace and obvious rust into furnace. Terrible. Get your own inspector. This guy was NOT good He sure did not have my best interests when doing the inspection. This should have never happened. Again, Jim's team was fine, but the agency referred this inspector. 2020

When we chose the GERACIE Team to help us find our new home we never thought that we were having so many people help us . Jim knew what we were looking for and never once tried to talk us into buying a home ! In fact he talked us out of a few home that would of made him more money ! I have had the pleasure of using Jim Geracie and his team for my past three real estate transactions (2 buying & 1 selling). To say they performed exceptionally well is an understatement. When I sold my house in Wauwatosa, WI a few years ago I anticipated a lengthy sale as the market was a little cold and the house had a foot print only a mother could love....long story short....they had it under contract for sale in 4 days at 98% of my asking price. n n While securing a seller quickly was great....what really blew me away was Jim's dedication POST-closing on the duplex he helped me line up after I sold the Wauwatosa house. About a week after I closed on the duplex in Greenfield, I had a leak from the Attic AC/Furnace unit that ruined drywall, trim, molding and paint in 4 rooms that spanned both my unit and my tenants. When Jim gave me a buzz a week or two after closing to see how things were going...I mentioned the damage/recent events and was surprised at how thoroughly upset he was. Long story short, Jim took care of the issue on his own accord, reaching out to the seller (whom is a local flipper) and leveraged his professional reputation to get the seller to come in and fully repair not only the furnace/AC but all damage at no cost....I had estimates for the work compiled at the time and was looking at roughly $5,000 worth of repairs needing to be made.
