I do not take negative reviews lightly, but in this case I would give a 0 if I could. If you are selling your home, be aware: First, they will talk you into selling your home at a lower price. Their ONLY interest is to go to closing and get their fees, at whatever cost for you. They do not care. Dozen reputable realtors called me, telling me the history of GS in other agencies and made me aware of all the problems that eventually came through. By that point we had a contract with this company, and decided to be loyal. Huge mistake. Second, Greg Sisson will vanish and disappear literally and in an eye blink the moment you have a potential buyer, BUT when negotiations are still needed. So you are basically on your own. They will not provide any feedback, or even an advise. Totally unprofessional. We could not be more disappointed about how this company handled the whole process and would advise ANYONE who is selling, especially if out of state, NOT to use them. If you are buying, it may be different. For us it was a complete and total nightmare. 2020
To my regret and significant expense/loss, I engaged REMAX First Choice to write an offer on a property in the Conway area in October 2018.
After completing the Purchase & Sale Agreement, I came to understand that Greg Sisson's team had failed to identify and disclose areas of concern with the property and the seller's terms which it was their legal responsibility to disclose.
Upon my discovery, not only was The Sisson Team unwilling to assist me to address these problems with the seller, they threatened me with a lawsuit (on behalf of the Sellers) if I failed to follow through.
It became evident to me, with actual proof points, that The Sisson Team had actively worked as an Agent for the Seller AGAINST my interests as Buyer. I can't say if this was overtly fraudulent or illegal - they're too good at covering their tracks. But why take a chance on a realtor who has the willingness and capacity to manipulate your sale or purchase against you???? 2018
