"I had to locate the houses I was interested in and send their details to my real estate agent, Brandy. Eventually, I bought a house which turned out to be a complete disaster. Since I was residing in Georgia at that time, Brandy did the final inspection of the house. A year later, I found that the brand new house was the worst-built one I had ever lived in. The list of things that needed to be fixed or replaced was extensive. When I tried to contact Brandy to inspect the problems I found, she came over and used her key to scratch off the grout splatter all over the bathroom. Brandy was the best agent we could have asked for when buying our home! We thought it would take months to purchase a home in this market and ended up under contract in the perfect house after a week of meeting her!
