I want to highly recommend Theresa for any of your needs in selling a house. This house required significant renovation as it had been occupied for 12 years. Due to the pandemic I chose not to oversee the repairs and updating as I live over 600 miles from Denton. She dealt with all the various contractors and others for me. This would have required extensive involvement on my part. All I had to do was arrange payments for the various repairs and updates. We received at least 15 offers in the first 24 hours.
