Not only did she ask about what I was looking for in a house, but she also set me up with a personalized website that automatically adds new listings that meet my requirements. She was friendly and answered any questions that I had. She was easy to reach by phone or text. She viewed every property with me and provided opinions and fax when I asked for them. She was knowledgeable with local pricing. She did research to see what other houses went for and was able to tell me if the house I was looking at was overpriced for the area. If I had questions that she didn't know the answer for, she had local professionals that she could ask to get the answer. When it was time for inspection she was able to provide me with a list of local inspectors, since I didn't know any. Whenever I asked her for lists of local professionals she was able to provide me with a comprehensive list. She was there for me every step of the way.
