Carollen was highly recommended via the areas Facebook page, and I couldnt be more thankful to the people who recommended her to me. She has been a literal god-send. She is by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with. If I could have written down every attribute I was looking for in a realtor, she would have ticked off every box. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, shes honest, responsive, realistic, professional, proactive, and above all, shes caring. Shes one of those people that you know you can trust immediately upon meeting them. Everyone she has recommended to us (attorney, home inspector, etc) has matched her high level of service. I truly can not say enough wonderful things about Carollen. Being both a seller and then a buyer at the same time in this market has proved to be an incredibly daunting task and I have no idea where I would be if it wasnt for Carollen . Her professionalism, incredible communication and just all around amazing work ethic has been unparalleled. Starting off by helping us prepare our home for listing and an open house in in just a few weeks , to then receiving 5+ offers in less than 24 hours and being under contract in just 48 hours for well of asking price ! Fast forward to my hopeful search to buy a place before closing on our current home , which seemed a pipe dream at first. Carollen is such a wonderful person to work with! From the beginning she has always been a hard worker and has made us feel like she really cares.
