We interviewed Brody Broker and another top selling Port Angeles agent and were quite impressed with Brodys confidence in the price point for our home which was nearly $75K over what the other agent thought we could get. 3 weeks after listing it we closed within a few dollars of Brodys recommendation...cash!
But what happened before the closing is what sets Brody and his team apart from any other agent weve known.
I had to move out of state before getting my house finished thanks to the COVID19. My home needed some construction work finished up, interior painting and final housecleaning. I had no idea who to call but Brody recommenced professionals he trusted in each area, got bids and oversaw the completion of the work on each level. He and his assistant Mae also FaceTimed us to show us the completed work and let us know when everything had been satisfactorily completed.
Brody and Mae made numerous trips to the house to take care of details and to make sure everything was done properly. Brody even sent his personal home designer over to select a paint color ....and it worked out gorgeously making the whole house and the new floors pop! Its beautiful!
Communications with Brody and his team were constant both during the time we were finishing our home to be ready for the market, during the 4 days of it being on the market and through the 3 weeks we waited for the closing, We never had to wait more than a few minutes for answers to anything.
My daughter was a Realtor many years ago and she assured me Brody was the hardest working and most honest agent in the area. I had worked with another agent in town years back and had leaned to working with her again, but now Im happy I chose to go with Brody. He and his team went far beyond their responsibilities to oversee every detail, and to keep us informed throughout the entire process.

Excellent representative of the real estate business. Brody was professional and covered all aspects that were needed in selling our property in less than 5 months. We had previously listed with another agency for 3 years and had no exposure and no showings or offers. The staff of Brody Broker in Sequim is fantastic and efficient with communications, searching the market and giving us the proper information with listing.
