I originally reached out to Heather to find out about rentals in the area. She answered my questions and had some questions of her own for why I want to rent instead of buy. I actually reached out to several realtors, but Heather was the only one who let me decide on my own time instead of being pushy. Heather kept in touch and explained every step of the way once I decided I did want to buy with her as my agent. She was quite literally my eyes and boots on the ground as I bought out of state. That takes a lot of trust to make such a purchase without seeing it until moving day, and Heather earned it!
