We have used Jim to help us buy and sell a home. We are looking for our 2nd home and Jim is once again helping us. The reason we keep coming back is Jim's genuine honesty. It really feels like Jim's only goal is to get us the house of our dreams. He doesn't care about the commission he makes. He just wants us to get the best value. Jim doesn't try to "sell" a house to us or talk us out of house. He just tells you facts of the house. Jim uses his previous experiences to point out things that could affect us come resale time or things we will have to replace in a few years. This information is vital to us. Jim is extremely flexible and patient with us. We have been looking for a few months and he is still as patient as day 1. We trust Jim's opinion. My wife and I joke that we all 3 must like the house.
