We ended up meeting Dianne through Zillow when we wanted to look at a property. She showed up at the first property with other properties to look at after the first one. She worked real hard setting up times for us to look at homes, for several days in a row. It wasn't planned, we just showed up in the area of Texas and she took control and showed us the homes and made good recommendations of where to eat as well. When we found the right home, she led us with the logistics with signing, procedures, even managed to get the home inspection done when we were still in the area. She setup all the inspections(septic added). It was a huge help and really helped speed up the process for us as we were only in the area for about a week. During the septic inspection, we ran into the seller of the home. He mentioned some items that were not in the contract, we agreed on his requests and so she changed the contract to help accommodate the seller as well.

I traveled from out of state to meet Dianne and tour a few homes in Sherman, Tx. Dianne was communicative, quick to reply, transparent, and had my best interest as a buyer before I even stepped on the plane.
