In selling my house, I was hesitant to hire a realtor, like lots of people I feel realtors often offer little value any more and are often only doing the minimum required to get their 2 or 3 percent. This was where Cory differed, from the beginning, he completed all of my requests for information and details to the value he could bring. Cory also, was a great communicator, he ask me my preferred method of communications and stuck to it. Cory not only handled all of the things that I had outline for him to take care of, but he went above and beyond. I had steam cleaned all of the carpets in the house, except the stairs and then had an injury which prevented me from finishing the steam cleaning, not only did Cory offer to finish the job, he came over and did it.
Working with Cory was really easy, he handled everything professionally. He met all of the expectations that I had set out and I appreciate his attention to detail. One last sharing about how above and beyond Cory has gone. Two days before closing, he came to the house and brought key tags, ziplock bags and a note book. He labeled all of the keys for the new owners, all of the miscellaneous stuff (Garage door openers, plant tags, etc) he put in the ziplocks and for all of the owners manuals I didnt have, he documented the stuff and then went and looked it up so he could forward the manual to the other agent so the new owners had all of the docuements.
