5 stars is not enough. We purchased our home in the hottest housing market in resent times. Barbara treated us like we were priority even tho I know she was booked solid. Always professional and kind. Never pushing for us to see homes out of our price point, never pushing for areas we were not interested in. I never felt rushed into buying even 3 months Into our search. And several times out bid by investors with cash offers. I will use Barbara Cox in the future for my next home. We were interested in looking at a property that popped up on the internet--Zillow or something similar. In the listing it gave a number to call. From there I spoke with someone, who then forwarded me to an agency, who they said would set up a walk-through.
They assigned us Barbara Cox at Central Texas Properties. Wow, what a stroke of luck. I have been involved in many transactions over the years and this one turned out to be a breeze. If I had to pick out the top skills that Barbara brought to the table, it would be communication and follow-up. She also has a sweet personality.
She made sure we never missed a deadline nor left any items to chance. We did not hit her with tons of needs and questions, but when we did have questions, she was always right on top of it. And WE did NOT have to do the following up on our requests.
