She met me at an open house that I had just found out about the night before hand. I was interested and she agreed that the house was a good match for me so we had to move fast to put our best offer forward. Sue advised me on making a good offer and drafted the required paperwork and then submitted it that night. Then we found out the next day that the offer was accepted. It all happened fast. Then Sue helped guide me through the next steps - getting an inspector, then re-negotiating with the seller, working with the lawyer and the mortgage company, and getting all the necessary paperwork signed and submitted on time, including filing an extension in order to protect my cash deposit. It is truly a stressful process (especially being a first time home buyer and unfamiliar with the whole process) but Sue was so much on top of everything that I knew I was in good hands and put my faith in her. I will always be grateful to Sue for helping me to purchase my first home.
