She has resolved problems almost immediately that I inadvertently created for myself. She is extremely knowledgeable about the process, the region, and is excellent at reading both people and the market conditions.

She is also kind, fun, and genuine. I hope to remain friends with her long after closing. I cannot recommend her highly enough, but do so without hesitation.
