Jim and his team did great with helping us find our forever home. We were moving to Durant from Kentucky and needed to find a house before we got here. Jim immediately started sending us listings and for all the houses we liked, he went by and did a video tour inside out and we were pleased. We went under contract twice before finally sealing the deal on the right house but each time, Jim and his team went all out to get in the house we were pursuing. Though they got the job done, however more frequent communication couldve been beneficial to both parties. They have a system in place now, so his next client will experience frequent and up to date communication. Closing day was quick, less than 30 minutes and he gifted us with a token for our home.

Jim Pena is amazing. When we first started looking for an attorney we made multiple phone calls. Jim's office was the first and only one to date to call me back. We had a couple of properties to sell one of which was a storage unit that had been burnt and was sitting on a lot in town. I had no idea how that would play out and then we got a phone call stating there was an offer on the property. Wow! So quick and so efficient! In no time we had gone to the settlement table and the transaction was complete. Everything was professional and Jim was on point! He kept us regularly updated and replied to every phone call and kept our property, burn up as it was, on the forefront. If you have a property to sell and you need someone to take it seriously and jump on it and if you want to see movement immediately then call Jim. If the property then becomes stagnant he can and will update the information and resubmit it to all the venues and closure is in clear sight. If we had it to do all over again we would call Jim Pena every single time! By the way we really enjoyed the million dollar candy bar that you gave us on settlement day. Relocating from out of state can be a challenge when time sometimes is an issue. Jim and Rebecca made time in their week to show us some homes. They knew exactly what we were looking for. After finding the perfect place they actually got the paperwork started before we were to head back out of state. They kept in constant contact while working on the deal for us. Closing was a breeze. A smooth process. Would definitely recommend them...and have!
