We usually visit 6-7 houses on weekend 2-hour trip. Terry always print detailed house information and road maps for us when we visit open houses. This made things much easier for us. Terry did a great job for us. He started by sending us emails of available offerings; the e-mails were much what we were looking for. So, we narrowed it to 6 or 7 townhomes and took one full day to look at all of them. We narrowed it down to 2 and went back the next day to look at them more thoroughly.
We then made an offer. Then, it got complicated because a 2nd bidder emerged. Terry handled that delicate situation deftly and got us the property.
Then i had some trouble getting a loan and Terry helped me find a loan broker that ultimately got us approved. so, that was another big plus for Terry.
Finally, the closing was complicated and Terry handled that professionally as well.
all in all, he was a great agent for us. I always felt he was ON OUR SIDE. I've dealt with other realtors who, at times, seemed to be more interested in helping the other parties. I never felt that way with Terry.

We were looking for an agent who could help us "remodel" the home and then market it. We had rented it for 10 years, and were located 250 miles away. Terry came to our attention when looking online for an all-in-one agent to help us manage the remodeling project and then sell the house.
This was a complicated process that took a couple of months. It involved getting our long term renters out, a $25k remodel largely managed by Terry, the sales process itself with high volume of showings, his sellers leaving the country for two weeks (Europe vacation) a week after the property was listed and experiencing limited communication, and multiple "failed" offer/counter offer situations. Throughout it all, Terry remained committed and positive. My wife and I found his involvement in this to be comforting and strongly believe that this sale would have never happened without his efforts.
Terry did a great job marketing the property. Although the market was hot, we had 60+ showings in just a couple weeks. His suggestions for the remodel were spot on based on the large amount of feedback we received from showing agents. He knew a lot of people that we could engage to get everything done to the house that needed to be done to sell it. We got almost exactly what he told us we would get for the house.
