I had the pleasure of working with Charles a few months ago. Our meeting was from a referral from a business associate. I was frustrated with my experience with 2 previous real-estate agents and I reached out to Charles. I was instantly happy with my decision to do so, as he was the real deal. I have to say, we both had our hands full and a few mountains to climb, but it didn't discourage Charles. I told him about my recent life changing experience and he was empathetic and energized at the same time. I lost the love of my life October 6th, 2022, at the young age of 58. I was devastated. I decided I needed to find a home for myself and my 2 dogs. I was on a mission and after Charles heard my story, he was on a mission as well. He was a fighter, a genuine person who helped me with all the navigation, ups and downs with buying a house. He was a straight shooter, he explained everything along the way; the good, the bad and the realities ahead. When we heard the word "No" , we said to each other " OK, what's our next move?" He was determined, knowledgeable and kind. I learned a lot about the process of purchasing a home from Charles and I know the next time I head down this road again, I'll benefit amensely from his expertise. His not just an excellent Realtor, his a great human being, an honest man.
