Sure, I didn't make it easier for her after looking at several homes on the market, but she took the time to actually understand my style and what I pictured in my head of a home. I began working with Asasa Sonsesak last August. I can honestly say she have amazing patience because I took her all over North Carolina when I was doing my house hunt. I eventually found a home late 2022.
After finding the perfect home, I was concerned about the rates and told her. She made me feel comfortable and even helped me compare rates. Asasa work didnt stop there, she even got the lender to give me additional money to buy down my rate and got the builder to add additional incentives which saved me roughly 7K.
