We found Rob to be professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He is extraordinarily responsive and accommodating, helping us in any way he could. As we are transferring from another state, it was extremely helpful to us to have someone on site who knows so many of the local service providers and subject matter experts. In my view he went out of his way to make what is usually a stressful time for us, a smooth and straightforward process. Plus, when the previous owner left many items behind, including a heavy concrete patio table & stools, refrigerator, washer/dryer and more, Rob arranged for it all to be removed and donated where possible. He even took the trash to the curb for pickup on trash day!! I will recommend Rob to anyone in the Prescott / Prescott Valley area whether buying or selling.

We arrrived in Prescott an Friday Eve,and bought the house by 1PM on Sat! This quick decision was a result of Rob's prompt and complete details during the week before we arrived from California.He was prompt in answering phone calls,texts and informational emails.. When we decided to make the purchase,he left no stone unturned in communicating with all concerned parties(seller,buyer escrow personnel,etc). His attention to detail hsa been impressive.
