As first time home buyers we were painfully naive about many aspects of the process and Amy was endlessly patient with our many questions and was a font of useful information and advice about everything (including and particularly about local market conditions in our favored area of Melrose). She also had many useful contacts and connections with relevant professionals in the area (contractors, designers, other agents). Because we had a limited budget and found ourselves buying in a historically high seller's market, we had to consider many houses that felt like compromises.
