That's the word I think of when it comes to Teri. In her business you have to be cunning, caring, compassionate, understanding and probably most of all; know your client, the market and the area.
Teri is all of these. She's been a friend since I bought in August of 2019. She's entertained probably half a dozen calls between then and May, 2022 with my question of "I'm thinking about selling...what if."
