My husband and I were referred to Lynn through a mutual friend, and boy was it the right decision! We met with Lynn probably about 4 months or so before we were ready to sell. She came to the house on our first meeting prepared and professional. She explained step by step what the process of selling a house entailed, also what our rights were. She walked around the house and gave us helpful tips and suggestions on staging, and cosmetic repairs that'd help our house sell even quicker. She was so patient with us as we got the house ready through the holidays! When we were finally ready to list, she came and took great pictures of the house, and had it listed within a day. She was diligent and posted our home across several sites, and because of her diligence, our home was sold after being on the market for just 2 weeks! We were, and still are pleased with the attention she gave us, and her willing spirit. If you're in the market to be ON the market, look no further than Lynn!!
