I have sold 4 properties with Linda because she is fantastic and highly experienced. She understands the market, what is needed to sell and is realistic. She helped me find contractors or whatever I needed since I moved out of state before selling. When issues came up with the sale she had great suggestions for how to proceed. I would say I'd use again but I'm out of properties!

Just got offered a new job in a different state and we were worried that our house would sit on the market for a while. Jane and Linda looked at the house and set the price, and got an offer above asking price within only a few days of the sale. They knew our schedule and were able to arrange a closing date that was pretty much perfectly aligned with our closing in Richmond,VA. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

Linda Fredeking was wonderful. We moved to the Linda Fredeking and Jane Barton team after a HORRIBLE experience with two realtors and a VERY limited time to find a house for our family in completely unfamiliar state. We were untrusting and rather panicked to find a house. They both listened to our concerns, desires, and values and sure enough, after one three day weekend with our 3year old in tow, we found a TON of houses that would work GREAT for our family.
