They were extremely helpful from the initial meeting to closing. There were some early suggestions of things to change that did make a difference. When we went to market we clearly understood how the process would work for showings, as well as their expectations of us in that process. When offers were received our discussions were open and we understood the risks and rewards as we made our decision. The end result was an accepted offer in 4 days of going to listing and closing less than 5 weeks later. They were also helpful in working with the buyers' agent in working through some of the issues, so nothing become an obstacle.
