Rommi is a true professional who genuinely cares about her clients. Before I met Rommi, I tried to sell my house twice. My anxiety overwhelmed me and I would often quit the process. Rommi was recommended by a trusted friend. When Rommi first came into our house, I felt immediately comfortable with her. She explained to us that she was on a job interview and that we should be deciding if we were going to hire her. The other agents I worked with made me feel like they were doing me a favor. The other agents did not want to take us out to see houses unless our house was under contract. Rommi wanted to take us out right away so she could get a feel for what we wanted. Rommi also takes pride in helping a client stage their home. During the process, she was so responsive. If I called and she did not answer, I could expect a phone call in a short amount of time. During this process I had a lot of questions, and she always said "If you have questions about anything, you can always start with me." She also recommended several other professionals that we used. She would only recommend them if they had the highest standards of service. She truly became a family friend! She made everything okay for me since I have such high anxiety and was able to get me through the process and into our new home.
