Long story short, our buyer insisted on a short term lease while the sale was pending. And that went as badly as it possible could - an apparent real estate scam that required us to evict the tenant/buyer and find a new buyer. Jackie hung in there with us through some 9 months of drama as we worked through the nightmare situation. She never lost her cool and was there supporting us every step of the way!
