Rick Wyatt is the most conscientious realtor we have met. He worked diligently to sell our property. He will go out of his way to assure everything is open and above board in all his dealings. He sold one piece of our property in 2019. We had another piece of property that he never stopped showing until he sold it in early 2021 We have called him on a couple of occasions to ask seemingly dumb questions, but never once did he act as though we had disturbed him. He is really a great realtor, besides being a great person. We would use him again if we had more property for sale, or if we ever decide to buy more property, he will be the one we choose to use.
