I've worked with Rob and Dana a few times now, and I don't think I could possibly find enough good things to say about my experience in working with them. My wife and I were recently on the hunt for a home in the old SW / Midtown part of Reno. We knew it was not going to be easy to find a home in that area due to ultra high demand and low supply. The Coons were always dependable and patient through our persistence. They have a way of making you feel as though you are the only client that matters, which is a trait not many people possess. They were able to find us a home, and guide us through beating out 4 other offers. They're knowledge and expertise goes far beyond the purchase of the home. They have quite a network of contacts to cover just about anything you need. The home we purchased required a lot of renovation work, and they were able to set us up with some great contractors to get everything done. I would highly recommend considering Dana and Rob Coons to handle the purchase or sale of any home.
