We were happy with our buying experience with Anibal. He negotiated on our behalf as fiercely as if he was doing it for himself. He is a master negotiator. We wanted to make a low offer on a house that had been on the market for a while, any other realtor would have been sheepish and only ask for a tiny percent under but with Anibal we went hard and managed to get a great price on a property we loved. Along the entire process, Anibal was on top of everything and he was attentive. I always recommend everyone to get competing offers on inspectors and all the services involved in buying a house but Anibal's recs were also as good as any. I can't give a higher recommendation than saying that we will definitely be using Anibal again when we are ready to sell our home and recommend him to our friends as well. 2024
We were under contract to purchase this property for our family, we have 4 kids. I am an agent but we were only a buyer on this deal. I asked for 45 days to close but he only gave us 30. I assumed it would not be an issue to extend if needed. So the association has not given us the final approval by the time we were supposed to close. We asked to extend by no fault of our own they also still needed an estoppel payoff. They refused to extend for another couple weeks unless we forfeit our $8000 deposit. He basically tried to blackmail us. We had no choice but to back out as he was threatening to steal our deposit. We lost the money from the inspection and the association application $800! Now we are homeless. I begged him to please help our family. He had no compassion whatsoever. He was nasty to me through the process for no reason. I am a courteous person. I would never do what he did to us. It is terrible how he could care less that we spent all this money and time to get into the home all for nothing. The home also flooded during the last storm and we had to reinspection. We were gracious through it all. Be aware he will use his experience as a greedy salesman to take your deposit if he can. Terrible way to do business and to treat people. 2023
