Interviewed (4) realtors originally, choose Carol based on historical info as listed on Realtor.com but also when meeting face to face, I knew that from a personality standpoint, this was a person with whom I wanted to work. She had many local sources for contractors which I needed to complete repairs on the property prior to the sale. This was important as I lived 150 miles away and was not familiar with local qualified contractors. Carol was responsive and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and always left me feeling comfortable with the advice provided when problems arose, which, were few. The property was difficult to sell because it was a small house, 2 bedroom, one bath with much competition.
