On the sell side, she provided solid market analysis, listing price recommendations and showed our home with great confidence in what it offered potential new buyers. On the buy side, April was so patient with us as we explored homes in a wide variety of neighborhoods. She represented us well in the negotiations, was always accessible and went above and beyond on so many occasions. I recommend April without any reservations.
