Eddie helped us sell our home in one week for more than the projected sales price. We decided to list our home at a slightly higher price than most homes in our neighborhood since we had several updates that our neighbors didn't have. Other agents we interviewed said we would be over-priced and the home wouldn't appraise but Eddie showed us what he could do to make sure we didn't have any appraisal issues and what the maximum sales price could be. We can't praise Mr. Eddie Alie high enough! After selling our home in 3 days and getting us multiple offers above our list price, we had an appraisal issue with the buyers' lender. Eddie challenged the low appraisal and proved to the lender and appraisal company that they could have used better comparable sales and got them to make adjustments for several upgrades that the appraiser had initially left off the original appraisal report. We would have agreed to lower the price if it wasn't for Eddie's advice to try to get the appraisal company to revise the appraisal. Eddie also kept the buyers on board by explaining the mistakes the appraisal company had made so everyone was happy with the way things worked out.
