I was an out of town seller and had a 3 hour time difference with her. She was available 24/7 which was important to me due to the time difference. Also, since I was out of town, there were a number of things I needed to be done that I could not do personally.
Specifically, Amy was able to arrange a person for me to clean the house. Also, she arranged a person for me to help me sell all my furnishings that I did not need. Her local knowledge and contacts are invaluable.
I also had major issues with my HOA that required a coordination of efforts between the HOA President, the HOA Board, and various contractors. I certainly did not expect her to get in the middle but to get the sale done - she did. Being out of town, it was near impossible for me. My sale would not have happened if it was not for her due diligence. She had no problem digging into the issues which were mine - they involved architects, engineers, and contractors.

Ive read all the other great reviews on other sites about Amy and her team and wish I had something more to add, but its all been said... and they really are as great as their reviews. Each of her team members bring something a little different to the mix and together they are amazing... a true team in every sense of the word. To say our situation was different and challenging would be an understatement. We began our house hunting while overseas and when it came time to sell, we were once again overseas. Amy handled all the challenges our being so far away and in a different time zone presented, effortlessly... even through her own wedding and honeymoon! I could go on, but Ill just end with this... if you want to buy or sell a home with a team of highly competent, tenacious, knowledgeable and friendly people - then look no further.
Ms. Greenfield represented the sellers of a property my partner and I were interested in. We made a full price lease option offer on the property for that was accepted. We then wired $15,000.00 into escrow in good faith. After both the lease and the purchase contract had been fully executed by all parties, our realtor found a minor error in the purchase agreement and attempted to correct it. At this point, Amy became much more difficult to reach. As it turns out, she sold the house out from under us to another buyer, and we lost the house we loved. Our opinion is that Amy is dishonest, deceitful, unethical, and double-dealing. I would never use her "services" again. Steer clear! She's just out for a quick buck and doesn't care how she gets it. 2018
We worked with Amy's associate, Matt Hilton, to buy a home from 2000 miles away. Long distance home buying is not for the faint of heart! But we had to have a place to land when we hit town and did not want to have to move kids and pets and an insane amount of stuff - twice. Matt worked his tail off for us. It was a challenge to find a house in our price range before someone else snapped it up. Matt did an amazing job of locating and checking out houses for us. We were desperate for a house on a tight time frame, and we sent Matt to look at houses in Pasco Hillsborough and Polk counties - finally settling on a place in Polk. We ended up putting in offers on 5 houses, 3 were accepted and 2 of those fell through when home-inspections revealed major issues. On top of that we had delays in selling the home we were living in at the time, so dates kept changing on us. Matt handled it all with a sense of humor and real expertise. He went to bat for us on several issues, including convincing the sellers not to walk away when we were delayed on closing more than once. Amy was helpful to me during the purchase of my first home. We worked together over 8 months from the beginning of my search to my closing, and over that time Amy was able to learn my likes and dislikes and adapt my home search to my tastes. Amy is the best, period! The unforeseen circumstances that lead to my 14 month endeavor on one property would have been enough for anyone to walk away. However, Amy stuck with me the whole way and understood that this was the exact house I was looking for. Every time I needed answers she got back to me immediately. I highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a real estate agent! She was beyond amazing! My husband and I started our home search at the beginning of December and our lease was up February 15th. We had 2 months to find a home and close, which to anyone else would have been impossible, but Amy seemed to welcome the deadline as motivation. She scheduled back to back home viewings and worked around our work schedules. Amy is helpful and knows her stuff. When we were looking at houses she was quick to point out items in the home that could become issues down the road (i.e. roof, ac, plumbing, structure). She is knowledgeable about what repairs may cost in the future, so that you know what you may be getting into before even considering making an offer. She was always available for questions, I remember texting her questions at 10pm for her to reply to in the morning and would sometimes even get a response minutes later. Amy always let us know any information as soon as she knew it. When the offer we put in got accepted at midnight, she called me at 12:15am to let me know. You will be extremely happy with Amy as your agent she went above and beyond to make our dream of home ownership come true. I have built several homes in the past, but this was my first done from 100% scratch, where I drew the prints, filed for all the permits, and managed the project. I hired a GC to properly manage all the aspects that are required to be done by a GC. n nAs it turned out, the GC hired was extremely unresponsive, and there were many delays in the building process, and many moments of stress. The one constant that held everything together for this deal was Amy. She found a buyer early in the build process (my mistake for listing it too early). She coordinated all issues that arose to be directed to the appropriate parties, and basically enabled the deal to go through. If it were not for her efforts, there would have been much more stress and most probably the deal would have fallen apart. n nSo, ... many things to say, but not to bore anyone, here's the overview: n1) I learned a lot, and will make the next build a much more smooth experience (she made me promise her on this note) n2) I will use a different GC n3) She made little commission when considering the extraordinary time and effort she put forth.
