Jim did a great job working with me to relocate my parents from another state. Early on when I asked if he'd be interested in helping us I couldn't promise Jim a home purchase would happen. But Jim stayed with us and was patient with my parents in making this hard decision, downsizing and moving away from their home of 40+ years.
