Was looking at a property that was suitable, but had some roof damage. Matt Meyer was able to negotiate with the seller to have the roof repaired and still keep the price of the home at asking. We bought the house as is, so we knew there would be some renovations needed, however there marketing skills and communication between all parties was outstanding. We felt there were poor business practices. Contract changes were not well explained, and we determined (on our own) that there was a significant change. After we dropped them, they were supposed to remove their sign from our yard. Instead, they put a "sold" banner across it.
