Well, if you like to move, pay, and get ripped off with bad, rotten windows, one with broken glass, and a pool that in pics was perfect, then when you close on the house, it is a swamp, and let's not forget junk car left in the yard along with trash and piles of actual manure in the backfield he's you, guy. He will lie to seal a deal. I recommend not taking him for his word. Do NOT buy remotely. See in person first, and the inspectors he has. My home was purchased in 2021 through this man remotely as I was in GA due to my service to the US Army. I'm now looking at almost 20k of repairs within the first couple of years of owning this home. Do not recommend this man to a realtor. Find someone else. All I can remember is him thanking me for my service and saying that he was so happy to help a veteran with his first home purchase. Trust no one in this world anymore
