What I liked most about working with Paul was his honest assessment of all the candidate homes we looked at. His utmost concern for you as a buyer is to make sure your home purchase has no surprises. He is knowledgeable about home construction, wells, septic systems and local zoning issues to name a few.

It is all too easy to fall in love with a property only to miss glaring problems that can become a serious problem in the future. Paul has your back. He is as much a trusted advisor as he is a real estate agent. I felt completely confident in my decision, in large part because of Paul.

We were purchasing a property with particular requirements and we were from out of state. He was able to make the most productive use of our visits to the area. On several occasions he checked a property and emailed pictures and videos prior to us purchasing expensive airline tickets. He is helpful and supportive during all the steps towards purchasing a home, something especially important when you are not in the area.

Would I recommend Paul? thats easy, I did, and they purchased a home through Paul too.
