Unfortunately for me, I didn't do enough homework to obtain a real knowledge of the value in my property. I trusted her in her knowledge. When it came close to closing I did some research on my own. I was dismayed to discover that my property had been undervalued, this is my own opinion, from studying the market and checking values. What I should have done is gotten an appraisal myself before I thought about selling. Seller beware. Do your research and get an appraisal before you sell. This is my opinion only. 2021
